A CEO often founds a company based on their values.
 
During the onboarding process, new staff are communicated to, regarding how the team are to act on behalf of the brand. 📢
 
As the business grows the team come A PART of the brand. 🤼
 
They may become the face of the brand. 🌞
 
They may bring in their own personal values.
 
If you then revisit the brand values, you may find the teams values come out somewhat similar to those when first founded.
 
Maybe the CEO had communicated well, OR brought in people that subscribe to the same values. 💙
 
Maybe it is time to revisit or communicate your values…
